A small beachside town with big salt exposure. Consistent service, honest reporting.
📞 Call Now — (321) 450-3400Indialantic is compact, walkable, and sits right on the ocean, which makes it one of the most desirable addresses in south Brevard and one of the harder places to keep a pool effortlessly clear. Salt aerosol reaches essentially every property in town.
The housing mix is unusual — original mid-century beach cottages sitting alongside substantial newer construction, sometimes on the same street. That means pools of wildly different ages and specifications within a few hundred feet of each other. A route here cannot run on assumptions about what equipment is installed.
Being a small town, word travels. Most of our Indialantic growth has come from neighbors of existing customers rather than advertising, which is the standard we try to hold service to: the pool should look right without the owner ever having to ask.
Town-wide salt exposure — Indialantic is small enough that no part of it is meaningfully sheltered from ocean air. Higher chemical demand and faster equipment wear are the baseline here, not the exception.
Widely varying pool ages — Mid-century cottages and recent builds sit side by side, so equipment and shell condition differ enormously between neighbouring properties. We document each pool specifically rather than assuming a neighbourhood standard.
Sand and organic drift — Ocean wind carries sand inland and coastal vegetation adds organic debris. Both load the filter, and the combination shortens the interval between genuine cleanings.
Serving all Indialantic neighborhoods. Weekly maintenance, no long-term contracts.
